TalentMap respects the confidentiality of assessment data and personal information. This page outlines the principles we apply while a formal privacy policy is being finalised.
The platform processes participant responses, scoring outputs, reviewer notes, and account information needed to deliver the TalentMap Potential Assessment and related reports.
Data is used to generate assessment reports, support reviewer workflows, and provide authorised client administrators with completion and talent insights. Individual responses are not sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
Access is role-based and scoped to the participant's organisation. Historical records are retained for audit and governance purposes unless a formal deletion request is approved under applicable law.
