Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not attempt to access data or functions outside their authorised role. Assessment responses should be completed honestly and without unauthorised assistance.

Accounts and access

Access is granted based on role and organisation. TalentMap administrators may suspend or deactivate accounts that breach these terms or present security risks.

Intellectual property

The TalentMap methodology, content, reports, and platform design are the property of TalentMap and its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer platform materials without permission.

Limitation of liability

TalentMap reports are designed to support professional judgement, not replace it. TalentMap is not liable for employment or talent decisions made by client organisations.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to client administrators.
